A bandwidth comparison

To test bandwidth tcp_proxy is used.  tcp_proxy listens on a TCP port, then when a connection comes in, it cnnects to another IP and port.  The bandwidth numbers are dumped and cleared by sending it a SIGUSR1 signal. exmaple

kill -SIGUSR1 12345
